The mixture was stirred at 110 C for 2 h. After completion, the mixture was cooled down to RT, the mixture was diluted with DCM (5 mL) and filtered through celite, washed with DCM (4 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, concentrated and purified by pre-HPLC to give the desired product (20 mg, 31%). *H NMR (300 MHz, CDCb): delta 8.40-8.34 (m, 2 H), 8.27 (s, 1 H), 8.23 (s, 1 H), 8.09 (s, 1 H), 7.82 (d, J= 13.5 Hz, 1 H), 7.72 (d, J= 7.8 Hz, 1 H), 4.53 (t, J= 7.2 Hz, 2 H), 3.50 (s, 1 H), 3.32 (t, J= 7.2 Hz, 2 H), 2.88-2.83 (m, 2 H), 2.61-2.43 (m, 10 H), 1.09 (t, J= 6.9 Hz, 3 H). LC-MS (ESI): (M+H)+ = 491.3.
