The residue was flushed through a CX column with methanol and 1 %NH3/Methanol to give the title compound as a colorless oil5 (200 mg, 88%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCI3) delta 8.66 (s, I H), 7.75 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, I H), 7.51-7.45 (m, I H), 3.67 (s, 2H) 3.20 (s, I H), 2.48 (bs, 4H), 1.64 (bs, 4H), 1.52-1.42 (m, 2H).
