The reaction was finished in 30 mm. The solvent was removed under vacuo, the residue was dissolved in DCM and washed with aq. sol. Na2CO3. The organic layer was dried (MgSO4), filtered and evaporated. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (DCM : methanol,100:0 to 96:4). The product fractions were collected and evaporated. The residue was purified further via Prep HPLC (Stationary phase: RP XBridge Prep Cl 8 OBDl0jim,3Oxl5Omm; mobile phase: 0.25% NH4HCO3 solution in water, CH3CN) The product fractions were collected and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The crude product was triturated with DIPE, filtered off and then dried undervacuum at 50C to yield compound 21a (20 mg, 15%).
