Researchers who often do experiments know that organic synthesis is a process of preparing more complex target molecules from simple raw materials through one or more chemical reactions. Generally, it requires fewer steps,and cheap raw materials. 107867-51-6, name is 5-(Trifluoromethyl)pyridine-2,3-diamine. To a solution of 3-(4-bromophenyl)oxetane-3-carboxylic acid (550.0 mg, 2.139 mmol) in DCM (15.0 mL) was added HATU (976 mg, 2.57 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 10 min. Then to the reaction mixture were added 5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine-2,3-diamine (379 mg, 2.14 mmol), DIEA (1.12 mL, 6.42 mmol) and reaction was stirred at RT for 12 h. The reaction was diluted with EtOAc and washed with 3 portions of 1 N HC1, 2 portions of water, 1 portion of brine, 1 portion of NaHCCb (sat.). The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated in vacuo to afford a residue, which was purified by column chromatography on silica gel (EtOAc in DCM : 0-1005% gradient) to afford the title compound. MS (EI) m/z 416 [M+H]+.
