Compound 1 was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure (101.30 mg, 5 1%). ECMS (ESI): RT=5.45 mm, mass calcd. for C2,H,2F3N50 407.348, mlz found 408.0 [M+H]. ?H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d5) oe ppm 11.31 (s, 1H), 8.71 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 8.56 (s, 1H), 8.30 (s, 1H), 8.26 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.15 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H),8.00 (d, J=4.0 Hz, 1H), 7.83-7.77 (m, 1H), 7.76-7.62 (m, 3H), 7.14 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H).
