Upon the completion of the starting materials, the reaction mixture was dissolved in 100 mL H2O, and extracted with dichloromethane (40 mL 3). The organic layers were combined, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and removed. The crude was purified by using silica gel column chromatography (PE/EA 10:1e1:2 as eluents) to afford the target compound 2.
