The organic layer was separated, dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by flash column chromatography (silica; MeOH/DCM 0/100 to 05/95). The desired fractions were collected and concentrated in vacuo to yield P-3 (923 mg, 92percent).
