Cool to room temperature, filter, add water (50 mL) and dichloromethane (50 mL×3) and collect organics.The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the crude material was purified by column chromatography to give 5-hydroxy-3-methoxy-1-(6-morpholinylpyridin-3-yl)-4-phenylquinolin-2 (1H) -ketone.
