The mixture was stirred for 24 h at an oil-bath temperature of 50 . The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, and to the mixture was added saturated NaCl solution (50 mL) , and the mixture was extracted with EtOAc (40 mL×2) . The combined organic layers were dried over anhydrous Na 2SO 4, and concentrated in vacuo to give a crude product, which was purified by silica-gel column chromatography (eluent: PET/EtOAc (v/v) = 5: 1) to give colorless oil (166 mg, 37%) . [2165] MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z = 395.3 [M+1] +.
