Fractions were neutralized with saturated NaHCO3, extracted with EtOAc. dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated under forced air with heat to afford the title compound (5.42 mg, 24percent yield) as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) delta 8.04 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (dd, J=8.9, 2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.32-7.28 (m, 2H), 7.11 (t, J=8.3 Hz, 2H), 6.87 (s, 1H), 6.46 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 5.35 (bs, 1H), 4.50 (d, J=5.6 Hz), 4.51-4.48 (m, 2H), 4.16-4.13 (m, 2H). ES-MS [M+1]+: 356.1.
