The resulting mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (100 mLx3). The organic extracts were combined, washed with brine (100 mL), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated to give compound 25 (1.0 g, 71% yield), which was used in the next reaction without purification. LC-MS: 194.02 (M+H), Ci0Hi2FN3. 1H NMR (CDC13, 400 MHz) S: 10.13 (br, 1H), 8.36 (s, 1H), 7.31-7.22 (m, 2H), 3.75 (s, 2H), 2.32 (s, 6H).
