The organics were dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated under reduced pressure to afford a crude oil that was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, eluent gradient: from DCM/MeOH/NH4OH 99:1 :0.1 to DCM/MeOH/NH4OH 98:2:0.2). The solid that was recovered from this purification was purified again by flash chromatography (silica gel, eluent: DCM/MeOH/NH4OH 99:1 :0.1) to afford 8.5 mg of (S)-(3,4-difluoro- phenyl)(3-(4-(pyridin-2-yl)-oxazol-2-yl)-piperidin-l-yl)-methanone, obtained as a yellow gummy solid.
