The filter cake was dissolved in water, and the pH of the aqueous solution was adjusted to pH = 4 with saturated NaOAc, and extracted with EtOAc (3 x). The combined organic layers were dried over anhydrous MgSO4, and filtered. The filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was dried in vacuo to afford the title compound as a solid.
