Selected fractions are combined and lyophil ized to give [7-tert-butyl-5-(4-chloro-3-fluoro-phenyl)furo [3,2-b] pyridin-2-yl]-[4-(2-methoxy-3-pyridyl)-2,2-dimethyl-piperazin-1-yl]methanone (20.6 mg, 17%) as a yellow solid.ESI-MS m/z calc. 550.2147, found 551.26 (M+1)+; Retention time: 3.37 using Method B. 1H NMR(400 MHz, DMSO-d6) 6 8.18 (dd, J = 11.0, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.04 (dd, J = 8.4, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (s, 1H),7.77 – 7.69 (m, 2H), 7.56 (s, 1H), 7.22 – 7.15 (m, 1H), 6.93 (dd, J = 7.6, 4.9 Hz, 1H), 3.89 (s, 3H),3.84 – 3.76 (m, 2H), 3.30 – 3.23 (m, 2H), 3.11 (s, 2H), 1.57 (s, 6H), 1.54 (s, 9H).
