Yield: 0.26 g, 20%. .HNMR (CDCI3) delta (ppm): 8.38 (d, 1 H), 8.10 (d, 1 H), 8.23 (d, 1 H), 7.22 (dd, 1 H), 4.45 (m, 2 H), 4.25 (m, 1 H), 1.40 (m, 6 H).
