Step HThe title compound from Step G above (5 g, 24.75 mmol) was dissolved in N,N’-dimethylformamide (100 mL) and imidazole (4.84 g, 74.25 mmol) was added. After the addition of chlorotriisopropylsilane (7.92 mL, 37.1 mmol), the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with diethylether (300 mL) and washed with a 10% citric acid solution (3¡Á40 mL) and brine (100 mL). The organic phase was separated, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and the solvents were removed.
