The organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium chloride, and was concentrated under a reduced pressure. The residue was purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate_heptane=2:3) to obtain the title compound (5.1 mg, 41%).1H-NMR Spectrum (CDCl3) delta (ppm): 2.24 (3H, s), 3.90 (2H, s), 4.03 (2H, s), 5.53 (2H, br s), 5.85 (1H, d, J=2.9 Hz), 5.87 (1H, d, J=2.9 Hz), 6.26 (1H, s), 6.72 (1H, dd, J=5.0, 7.6 Hz), 7.21 (4H, s), 7.72 (1H, d, J=7.7 Hz), 8.12 (1H, dd, J=1.8, 4.9 Hz).
