IR-spectrum: 3337, 3257, 3053, 3025 [nu(N+H)], 1729, 1717, 1683 [nu(C = ?), delta(N+H)], 737 [nu(SiF)], 482, 405 [delta(SiF2)]. 19F NMR (282 MHz, D2O): delta = -132.59 ppm (s, SiF62-).
