The mixture is then concentrated in vacuo, and the residue is stirred with 100 ml of ethyl acetate and 20 ml of tert-butyl methyl ether at 70 C. Insoluble constituents are removed by suction filtration while hot, and the filtrate is concentrated. Drying results in 346 mg (90% of theory) of the title compound as pale beige crystals.1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): delta=7.47 (dd, J=8.2, 4.5 Hz, 1H), 8.46 (dd, J=8.2, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 8.73 (dd, J=4.5, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 15.02 (br. s, 1H).LC/MS (method 1): Rt=1.30 min.; MS (ESIpos): m/z=145 [M+H]+.
