To a solution of 2-(6-(difluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)-4-phenoxypyrrolo[2, 1- f][1,2,4]triazine (100 mg, 0.296 mmol) and 2-chloro-3-fluoropyridin-4-amine (65.0 mg, 0.443 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was added NaH (25.8 mg, 0.59 1 mmol) at 0 C and the reaction mixture was warmed to room temperature and stirred for 2 h. The reaction mixture was poured in to 10 mL ice/H20. The resulting suspension was filtered. The isolated solid was used in the next reaction without further purification.
