CuI,5 mL of DMF as solvent,Reflux stirring reaction 1h,TLC, the reaction was completed, the mixture was cooled, the mixture was extracted with 30 mL of water and extracted with 3 x 20 mL of ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, spin dried and separated by 300 mesh silica gel column chromatography. Eluent petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = : 3 (v / v) to give pale yellow solid: Compound 4.
