The reaction was then stirred under this atmosphere at 20C for 5 h after which the reaction was filtered through Celite and washed with further MeOH (30 ml). The solution was concentrated in vacuo to give WIN-321 -195-01 (395 mg, 98%). 1H NMR (MeOD): delta 7.22 (dd, J 2.0, 0.9 Hz, 1 H), 6.81 (dd, J 2.0, 0.7 Hz, 1 H), 2.13 (t, J 0.7 Hz, 3H). MS, m/z = 124 (100).
