The reaction mixture was admixed with water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic phase was dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel with 95/5 dichloromethane/methanol. The urea 65.6 was obtained in 59% yield. Molecular weight 305.09 (C12H14F3N3O3); retention time Rt=1.66 min. [B]; MS (ESI): 306.44 (MH+).
