The crude product was concen- rated in vacuo and purified by flash chromatography on silica gel eluting with 15% 7N methanolic ammonia/CM to provide the title compound (400 mg, 45%) 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) 5 8.31 (d, J=2.73 Hz, 1H), 8.09 (m, 1H), 7.18 (m, 2H), 4.16 (dd, J=7.02, 14.04 Hz, 2H), 3.67 (m, 2H), 2. 85 (m, 2H), 2.46 (m, 1H), 2.05 (m, 2H), 1.89 (m, . 2H), 1.28 (t, J=7. 21 HZ,. 3H).
